Action Required: Divisional Volunteer Draft Form Now Open

    Hello Marlins Parents,

(Please note: This email is being sent to all families with swimmers eligible for Divisionals. If you have already declared in SwimTopia that your swimmer cannot attend this meet, please disregard this message!)

As we finalize preparations for the upcoming championship meet, we are organizing our volunteer assignments. To ensure we have full coverage and distribute the workload fairly, we are officially opening the Divisionals Volunteer Draft.

At the end of the day, we all want the exact same thing: for the kids to have a great time! Running these massive meets requires our entire "Volunteer Village," and your help is exactly what makes a fun, safe, and memorable  experience possible for them.

Please read the guidelines below and submit your preferences as soon as possible:

The Baseline: We require one completed form per attending family. This ensures every household is accounted for in the shift drafting process so we can divide the work evenly.

The Bonus: We gladly welcome more than one response per family! If multiple adults in your household are willing to take on shifts to help the team, please submit a separate form for each willing volunteer. The more hands we have, the smoother the meet runs, and the more fun the kids get to have.

    Next Steps

Access the draft form here: https://forms.gle/1ckPsEyzxQZx2iMu8

Submit your family's responses by Tuesday, 11:30 pm.

Our coordinators will use these submissions to draft and finalize the volunteer assignments, which will be published prior to the meet.

Thank you for stepping up to make this an incredible event for the kids!
