SWIMMERS & VOLUNTEERS MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 7:15

Meet Start Time: 8:30am 

Warm-Up Schedule: CLE 7:15am - 7:45am, WLM 7:45am - 8:15am

Swimmer/Entry Scratch Meeting: 7:45am in Clubhouse 

Officials Meeting: 8:00am in clubhouse 

Timer and Scribe Meeting: 8:15am - Clubhouse circle or behind announcers table, will be announced 

Parking: The parking lot will be reserved parking only. Please observe signs and park on the right side of the street only. No drop-offs will be allowed at the entry of the blocked off clubhouse circle drive due to the proximity to the main entrance to the subdivision.  

Setup: Visiting team set-up area is on the west side of the pool (left side when you walk through the gates) 

Concessions: Breakfast tacos, donuts, fruit cups, burgers, hot dogs, sausage on stick, chips, candy, drinks, etc. Pay by cash, cards via Square, Zelle, or Venmo.
