Meet Information
Swimmer Check-in Procedure
All swimmers are reminded to check-in with
the Age Group Parent Coordinators (Carole and Denae at the entrance tables)
and their appropriate Age Group Parent (volunteers under the pavilion or
tents) prior to the start of each meet. Failure to check-in could result in
a swimmer being scratched from an event.
If your child is 14 and under, and not
sitting with their age group, then it is the responsibility of the
swimmer/parents to check-in with the assigned age group parent prior to each
event. It is not the responsibility of the age group parent to go looking
for your child.
Swimmers, ages 15 and older will need to
check in prior to the meet with the Age Group Coordinators, but will not
have an assigned Age Group Parent. This age group will report on their own
to the ready bench when their event is called.
