Meet Entry Procedures
Online Swim Meet Entry Procedures and Information
Summer 2010
· Login to www.thewoodlandmarlins.org website
· Click on “Events” on the black menu bar at the top of the screen
· Click on “Attend this Meet” for selected Swim Meet
· Click on “Declaration” drop down menu (middle of top box) and select either
o Yes, please sign (?) up for this event or
o No, thanks, (?) will not attend this event
· If you want to include note for a specific meet, please type it in the notes section
· At bottom of screen, check R which events your child will swim in
o Limit 3 individual events per regular Dual Meet.
o For Marlin Mania only, swimmers may swim all events.
· Click on “Save Changes”
· Click on “Go back to Events Home Page” or click on “Events” on the menu bar at top of the screen to go back to the events page.
· Repeat process for each child and meet.
· Deadline for meet entries is Monday at midnight before each swim meet.
· Meets may be edited until Monday at midnight before each swim meet.
Swimmer may not swim in an event if they have an “NT” or no time. Times will be recorded at Marlin Mania. If you are not going to attend Marlin Mania, please let you coach know and email MarlinsClerk@gmail.com.
